Privacy and ride requests

Information you submit

The ride request form requires your name, phone number, pickup date and time, and pickup and destination locations with map coordinates. Passenger count is required. Flight number and notes or special requests are optional. We use this information to review and respond to your request and to arrange a ride if you agree to proceed.

Do not submit payment card details, identity documents or medical records. If you book for someone else, get permission to share their information.

Where requests go

Submitted requests are stored in a private WordPress inbox available to authorised administrators. A booking email sends your name, phone number, date and time, pickup and destination map links, passenger count, flight number and notes to the configured booking team. Relevant details may be shared with the driver or transportation provider involved in arranging your ride.

The hosting and email providers process information needed to operate those services. They may keep their own security logs and backups.

Retention and spam protection

The booking plugin schedules deletion of its request records after 90 days, subject to the website’s scheduled tasks running. Backups and any records held separately by the business or a transport provider may follow different retention periods.

To limit spam, the website stores a one-way keyed hash of the connecting IP address with a short-lived submission count. The form also uses a security token and a hidden spam-check field. Server or hosting logs may separately record IP addresses.

Maps and place search

When you load the booking page, your browser requests visible map tiles from the configured provider, initially OpenStreetMap. That provider can receive your IP address, website referrer and the map area viewed. The map is visible by default. When you press Search location, the location text is sent through our server to the configured Photon search provider, initially photon.komoot.io. Only the place query and regional search bias are sent, not your name, contact details or full booking. Search results may be cached on our server for up to 24 hours. Do not put passenger names, apartment access codes or private trip notes into the search field. Both locations must be selected from search results or pinned on the map to submit an online request. If you prefer not to use these services, please contact the team by phone.

Cookies and analytics

The supplied theme and booking plugins do not load advertising trackers, analytics services or third-party fonts. WordPress uses cookies for administrators who sign in. Additional hosting or analytics tools may have their own data practices; any such additions should be described here before use.

Your questions and requests

Contact Lady Drive Her to ask about your request information, request a correction or ask about deletion. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Please identify your trip without sending sensitive documents by email.

Lady Drive Her Android app

The Android app displays the mobile booking pages from this website. It stores the chosen website address on your device and uses first-party website cookies for form security. After a successful request, a random receipt cookie lets you view the request reference for up to 24 hours; it is not a driver tracking or booking confirmation service. The app does not request GPS, contacts, camera, microphone or storage permissions. It does not store trip history in an app database. Announcements are public messages. If enabled, the app periodically checks this website and keeps your opt-in and a message cursor on your device. No push token or passenger details are sent in those checks. Android may delay background notifications. Details entered in the form are sent to this website when you submit a request. Maps and place search use the providers described above.
