Regular taxi rides in Halifax
Female-driver taxi requests for everyday journeys across Halifax and the HRM.
Everyday journeys, your choice of driver
Lady Drive Her offers regular taxi rides across Halifax and the HRM, with the option to request a female driver. Arrange a ride to work, a shopping trip, a restaurant, an appointment or a visit with friends. All passengers are welcome.
Your trip does not need to involve the airport. Tell us where you want to go, when you need pickup and how many people are travelling.
Choose pickup and destination your way
Enter an address, search for a street or place, or select a pin on the booking map. Check both locations before sending the request. For a building with several entrances, use the notes to tell your driver where to meet you.
You can request a return journey too. Give the return date and time and note any change to the return pickup or destination.
Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford and Sackville
We take local taxi requests across the Halifax Regional Municipality. Share the full route so the team can confirm coverage, availability and the fare. We do not assume a fixed fare or journey time for an unconfirmed route.
How your request works
- Choose “Local taxi ride” in the booking form.
- Add both locations, your travel time, passenger count and luggage.
- Wait for the team to confirm the fare, availability and pickup details.
Lady Drive Her connects passengers with female drivers who are self-employed or work with other transportation companies. Submitting the form does not dispatch a taxi or confirm an instant booking. For a time-sensitive request, call the team.
