Yes. For either address, choose Search location and select a result, or open the map and choose whether you are setting the pickup or destination. Tap the map, drag the labelled pin, or use the map centre. You can also enter addresses manually. Add entrance details in the trip notes.

Use our ride request form with your date, local pickup time, addresses, passenger count and luggage. Your request is not a confirmed reservation. Wait for our team to confirm availability and the fare.

Yes. Lady Drive Her connects passengers with female drivers who are self-employed or work with other transportation companies. Please request in advance; availability is confirmed for your trip.

All passengers are welcome. You can request a female driver for a local taxi ride or airport trip, for yourself or someone else. Include the travelling passenger’s contact details with their permission.

After collecting your luggage, follow the meeting instructions in your booking confirmation. The existing Lady Drive Her pickup guidance directs passengers to the Ground Transportation desk in Arrivals. If you cannot find your driver, call us before leaving the pickup area.

Include your flight number when requesting a pickup and contact us if your flight changes. Ask the team to confirm how the new arrival time affects availability, waiting time and any charges.

We arrange airport transportation around individual ride requests. Do not assume a scheduled bus or shared-seat service is available. Confirm the vehicle and whether the ride is private or shared before booking.

The fare depends on your route and booking details. Check the Rates page or request a quote for the exact pickup and destination. Confirm the total, taxes, airport fees, extra stops and waiting charges before agreeing to travel.

The existing service information lists cash and major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, with receipts. Debit availability varies by driver. Confirm your preferred method with the team before your trip.

Yes, you can request both journeys in the form. Add the return date and time, and put return flight details or different addresses in the notes. Each journey remains subject to confirmation.

Tell us how many people and bags are travelling, including large items. Vehicle and luggage capacity must be confirmed before the ride. A vehicle preference in the form is a request, not a capacity guarantee.

Please contact us before booking about child seats, mobility equipment or step-free access. Describe the help or space needed without sharing medical records. We will need to confirm whether a suitable arrangement is available.
